We support Cash on Delivery where available. Other payment methods may be shown at checkout depending on the customer’s location and the available payment service.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery allows customers to place an order online and pay when the parcel is delivered.

No Online Prepayment Required for COD
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers do not need to pay online in advance. Payment is made directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation
To protect customers and reduce incorrect deliveries, we may confirm Cash on Delivery orders by email or phone before shipment. If we cannot confirm the order, the shipment may be delayed or cancelled.

Currency
Prices may be displayed in the local currency or in another supported currency depending on the customer’s location and store settings.

Free Shipping
Eligible European orders include free standard shipping. The final order amount will be shown before checkout.

Failed or Refused Payment
